Come try a canoe at Rumery’s Boat Yard, 109 Cleaves Street, just a block away from the fun in Mechanics Park (follow the signs up Water Street!).

We have the boats and life jackets, so just come down anytime between noon and 3:00 p.m. and float on the river!

Rumery’s Boat Yard is a short walk from Mechanics Park, along Water Street. If you’re looking for a fun way to get there, be sure to take a pony & wagon ride over! Rides are free and available from 12:30 – 2:30 pm.  Just watch for the sign to board.
